Terms of Service
Effective Date: December 2025
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AR Mastery website and professional advisory services. By accessing the website or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
AR Mastery provides Accounts Receivable (AR) advisory and diagnostic services only.
Services may include:

Review and analysis of Accounts Receivable aging reports

Evaluation of payment patterns and enforcement practices

Identification of AR process gaps

Written findings and professional recommendations
AR Mastery does not provide collections services, bookkeeping, invoicing, customer payment processing, or customer contact of any kind.
2. Engagement Structure
All client engagements begin with a paid AR Assessment.
Additional services, including AR Optimization or Advanced AR Advisory, are recommended only if warranted based on assessment findings and are not required.
There is no obligation to proceed beyond the initial assessment.
3. Advisory Nature of Services
AR Mastery provides professional advisory services based on information supplied by the client at the time of review.
Recommendations involve professional judgment and are intended to support decision-making. AR Mastery does not guarantee specific financial results, payment timing, or changes in customer behavior.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate, complete, and timely information

Ensuring data submitted reflects their current AR environment

Implementing and enforcing any recommendations provided
AR Mastery is not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information.
5. No Customer Contact / No Funds Handling
AR Mastery does not:

Contact client customers
-
Chase or collect payments
-
Handle, receive, or hold client funds
All customer payments are made directly to the client. Clients retain full control of all customer relationships and financial transactions.
6. Fees & Payment Terms
Fees for services are disclosed prior to engagement and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment is required at checkout or as otherwise specified for the engagement.
7. Refund Policy
The AR Assessment is a professional diagnostic engagement.
Once review and analysis have begun, the engagement is considered delivered and fees are non-refundable.
8. Assessment Validity
The AR Assessment reflects the client’s AR system at the time it is performed and is considered current for 90 days from delivery.
If material changes occur or more than days have passed, a new assessment may be required to ensure recommendations are based on current data.
9. Intellectual Property
All reports, findings, analyses, frameworks, and written recommendations provided by AR Mastery are the intellectual property of AR Mastery.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials internally for their business purposes only.
10. Confidentiality
AR Mastery treats all client information as confidential and uses such information solely for the purpose of providing services.
Confidentiality obligations survive the completion of services.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AR Mastery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use of advisory services.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
AR Mastery reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
