Every client begins with a paid AR Assessment to determine whether additional advisory is appropriate and what level of involvement is required.
This ensures recommendations are based on facts — not assumptions.
The AR Assessment (Required)
The AR Assessment is a standalone diagnostic engagement designed to identify where payment discipline breaks down after invoices are issued.
It evaluates AR behavior at the system level — not individual customers.
What the Assessment Covers

✔ Identification of follow-up and enforcement gaps
✔ Escalation clarity once invoices pass terms
✔ Assessment of system consistency and ownership
✔ Written findings with a clear professional recommendation
This engagement is advisory only and does not include collections, customer contact, or AR execution.

What Happens After the Assessment
After completing the assessment, you will receive:
✔ a written summary of findings
✔ a clear recommendation based on observed patterns
✔an outline of next steps, if any are warranted
In some cases, the recommendation is to proceed with corrective or ongoing advisory work.
In others, the recommendation may be no further action at this time.
Both outcomes are intentional.
